Prospect Rewards

Select and describe the Prospect reward and indicate the required promo/gift code that the Prospect will use to fulfill the desired goal.

• Select Reward Type: Click the box to select your gift type (Gift, or a Dollar or Percent discount).
• Add Reward Image (optional): Click this box to upload and include an image of the Prospect Reward in emails to the Prospects. {{prospect-reward-image}}. 
  • Upload Photo: Upload a simple image that will display on the Ambassador Dashboard and in emails to the Prospects. (Image max size - 1mb)
• Reward Description: Describe the Prospect reward. {{prospect-reward-description}}
• Amount: Enter the amount or value of the prospect reward. {{prospect-reward-amount}}
• Prospect Promo Code (required): Enter a promo code that prospects will receive and enter to claim their reward/ gift. If the prospect reward is a tuition discount and will be used when registering, the promo code should be created in your registration software and entered here. {{prospect-promo-code}}
• Use: Determine if the promo code can be used only one time or multiple times. (i.e. - is the promo code good for one child or multiple enrollments?)
