Prospect Invitation

Customize the Prospect Landing page where all Prospects will visit when clicking on a Unique Link sent by Ambassadors.

TIP: This is a terrific opportunity to invite Prospects to take the next step and share their contact information to learn more about your organization or to claim the promo/gift code and take action to enroll or apply.

Prospect Landing Page

The Prospect Landing Page is where every Prospect comes after clicking a Unique Link or QR code shared by a Joined Ambassador. This is the first thing a Prospect sees when considering your camp so it should be exciting, welcoming, and encourage them to take action and want to learn more about you.

• Image: The background image is pre-loaded and is the same photo used in the Ambassador Landing page.
• Header and Sub Header: Customize the text using your camp voice to encourage Prospects to take the next step. Once they submit their contact information, you have a new Referral.
• Add a Custom Link:  The Prospect Landing page includes 2 links for your Prospects to click and learn more about your camp. 
  • Camp Website:  Your camp website is automatically pulled and posted from your Camp Setup page.
  • Custom Link:  Enter the title and URL for a 2nd link that will display in the top right corner of the landing page. Suggestions include "Dates & Rates" or "Watch a Video". Be sure to edit the TEXT and add the correct URL.

Claim Code Pop-Up

When the Prospect comes to the Claim Code Pop-up Page, they will claim their Promo/Gift code and be redirected to where you want them to go to take action (register, enroll, apply). Add instructions that they may need to follow when completing the application.

Important:  You must replace/add the correct URL (enrollment or application link) so they will be properly redirected to take action.
