Emails to Ambassador
Customize the various automated emails to be sent to your Ambassadors. Default text is provided, but we highly recommend you customize your emails to appeal to your camp audience. Customize all headings and text. If indicated, you must include the "Required Merge Tag" which allows the emails to advance participants in the campaign process. TIP: Use language that will excite, thank, and encourage them to continue promoting your camp and the current campaign.
Confirm Ambassador Email
This is the automated email that is sent to any ambassador who joins from the public link. It allows Camp Tree to authenticate their email.
Confirm Enroll/Unique Link
This email is sent to the Ambassador upon joining a campaign to thank them for enrolling and redirect them to their Dashboard to begin sharing their Unique Link or QR code. {{ambassador-dashboard-link}}
Confirm Promo Code Claimed
This email is sent to the Ambassador when one of their Prospects claims a promo code and becomes an official Referral. Add text asking Ambassadors to reach out to their Prospect to encourage them to register or complete the defined task. You can also remind your Ambassador to continue sharing their unique link or QR code with their friends. {{ambassador-dashboard-link}}
Confirm Registration
This email is sent to the Ambassador when one of their Prospects completes the required task (i.e. register a camper, accept a job offer) and both parties have now earned rewards. Encourage them to continue to share their Unique Link or QR code and to promote the campaign. {{ambassador-dashboard-link}}
