Upload & Invite Ambassadors

The Launch Campaign section of the wizard is where you will Test and Launch your campaign. We recommend testing your campaign with a select few people (staff) who can play the role of Ambassadors and Prospects and give feedback to edit and finalize the campaign. Once you’ve tested the campaign and are ready to launch, you will upload your potential Ambassadors and Launch the campaign.

There are multiple ways to upload the names and emails of potential Ambassadors and invite them to join a campaign.

• Add Manually: Use the Add Manually button if you want to invite a few people to join a campaign. We recommend this option for Testing your campaign. Enter the name, email, and phone of a single Ambassador.
• View Pre-Loaded Files: Access pre-loaded camp lists to upload. These lists are found in the Camp Setup page.
• Download Sample CSV: Camp Tree provides a CSV file to upload larger quantities of potential Ambassadors. Download this file. Do not edit. Do not alter the titles. Simply copy and paste first names, last names, emails, and phone numbers (optional) into the pre-labeled columns. Then save file. Do not change the file format.
• Upload CSV Data: Once the sample Camp Tree CSV file is populated and saved (keeping the headers and file format unchanged), then click "upload CSV data" to add the file and your list into the Launch page. See video below for instructions.
